AGENCY RESPONSE CO.To deploy Callix as your safety net, you need to set two forwarding codes on your phone. These tell your carrier to redirect unanswered and overflow calls to Callix instead of voicemail.
Your phone's built-in "Call Forwarding" toggle forces Unconditional Forwarding — your phone will never ring at all.
To set up Conditional Forwarding (so your phone still rings first, and Callix only jumps in when you can't answer), you must use your carrier's dial pad codes. You need two codes: one for unanswered calls (including when you decline), and one for when you're already on a call.
Australian carriers use different code formats. Pick yours to get the right codes.
Not sure? Check your carrier app, a recent bill, or phone Settings → About → Carrier.
⚠️ Before you start
These instructions assume your mobile plan includes call forwarding to external Australian numbers. If setup fails with an "Unknown Error" or "Activation Failed" message, contact your carrier and ask: "Does my current plan include call forwarding to external numbers?"
Also: disable your carrier voicemail before starting. If voicemail is active with a short timeout (15 seconds or less), it may intercept calls before Callix does. To clear all existing forwarding and voicemail settings, dial ##002# first.
Open your phone dialler, enter each code exactly as shown, and press Call. Both codes must be set.
